These terms apply to services provided by The Study Desk, a business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, serving students in the UK, USA and worldwide. By sending us a request, you agree to these terms.
2. What we provide
We provide academic help and support: assignment help, essay support, dissertation and thesis support, research paper help, case study help, literature review support and proposal guidance. This includes brief breakdowns, outlines, curated sources, referencing guidance and 1-to-1 sessions with a subject expert.
3. Academic integrity
Our support is for learning and reference. You are responsible for your own work and for following your institution's academic integrity policy. Please don't submit our materials as your own work. We may decline any request that we believe is intended to breach academic rules.
4. Quotes and payment
- We agree the scope, deadline and a fixed price with you on WhatsApp before any work starts.
- You pay nothing upfront. Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your support.
- Prices on our website are examples. Your quote depends on your task, level and deadline.
5. Deadlines
If your support arrives after the deadline we agreed, you don't pay. Deadlines may move if you change the scope or send key information late. We'll always agree a new deadline with you first.
6. Follow-ups
Follow-up questions and changes within your original brief are free and unlimited for 14 days after you receive your support. A new or changed brief is a new request.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete instructions.
- Only share files you have the right to share.
- Pay for support you've received and are satisfied with.
8. Limits of our service
We can't promise any particular grade or result, because that depends on your own work and your marker. Our total liability for any request is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. This doesn't affect any consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
